1.其实类似的行为还有很多,像最常见的抖腿、说脏话也都是有好处的


坐久之后抖腿可以帮我们缓解压力、促进血液循环,让大脑保持清醒,增加学习工作效率


说脏话能让我们减轻压力、提升对疼痛的忍耐力,甚至有个统计学上的社会实验,还提出说脏话的人,会更容易表达自己观点,也更诚实


2.不过上述说的这些,最好都是在不影响别人的情况下,掌握好尺度,毕竟你要是在自习室的长凳上抖腿,被打了那指定是你的问题啊
